Accessible care aims to deliver a person centred care to service users. Our clients are empowered to live a healthy independent life through quality service and professional support.
We aim to enable and empower individuals to be as independent as possible encouraging customers to carry out activities themselves or with support.
Maintaining a person’s personal dignity is essential to us. We can help you to stay in your own home and in control of your life. We work with other organisations to advice and support you in finding the right place for you to live.
At Accessible we offer a different approach to care at home, focusing on creative and innovative ways for both our clients and client’s families to live well with their mental and physical challenges.
Accessible Care services is a multi-professional organisation that works in collaboration with other stake holders within the care sector. We therefore seek to work with organisations with similar values and visions through the use of legislation and policies such as NHS and Community Care Act 1990, the Human Right Act 2000 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 amongst others.
